The MQ-300, a vacuum tube stereo power amplifier from LUXMAN, uses thoroughly selected parts and circuits to maximise the performance and tonal quality of the latest direct heated triode the TA-300B following in the design footsteps of the masterpiece MB-300 released 31 years ago. Since the foundation of the company 90 years ago, LUXMAN has pursued core principles for sound creation, honest and natural sound quality and feeling the sound field without exaggeration, feeling the unity of sound with sufficient data for the whole audio band, fatigue free listening enjoyment, all of which are embodied in the MQ-300. By expressing the original sound, the MQ-300 brings the spirit of music inscribed in your favourite discs to life.

The CL-38uC uses SRPP (Shunt Regulated Push Pull) circuitry for all stages to achieve the highest sound quality possible. A genuine phono equalizer is included, the MC-low and MC-high impedance (gain) inputs each have independent MC transformers and are selectable using the MC impedance lever switch. Tone controls enable the listener to fine tune the sound quality. Refined exterior design and newly added balanced inputs make this vacuum tube control amp a new standard for its generation.

Audiophiles love the warmth, organic texture and uncanny beauty of analogue music reproduction. But that beauty is notoriously fragile. Even slight variations in platter speed can blur the musical pitch, placing the sound behind an unnatural veil. And when music lovers turn up the volume, the phono cartridge can pick up even subtle chassis vibration and resonance – distortions the cartridge cannot distinguish from the desired tracking of the record groove.

The PD-191A features an original, high-precision, high-torque, brushless DC motor supported by a float-mounted, highly stable and fully regulated large-capacity power transformer that has been upgraded to higher specifications for today’s favoured high-mass platters.

You’ll enjoy surpassingly detailed, open music reproduction thanks to the exceptional linearity of LUXMAN’s P-K split phase inversion circuit. We married an input stage of two JJ Electronic ECC83 miniature double triodes to a push-pull output with four JJ Electronic EL84 pentodes. And with our deep knowledge of tube design, we configured the SQ-N150 for consistent performance and long operating life. On paper, we rate power output at 10 Watts + 10 Watts at 6 ohms. In practice, the sound is fit for the most demanding listeners.
